Raspberry Mule

  • Highball glass
  • 2 fresh raspberries
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • Muddle the raspberries and syrup
  • 15ml fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 50ml Gordon’s Pink Gin
  • 150ml gingerale
  • Fill with ice
  • Garnish with 3 fresh raspberries and a dried orange slice
  • Serve with a straw
