- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 large lemon)
- 2 oz. gin
- sparkling water
- lemon slice
In a large glass jar or shaker, add the blueberries, blackberries, rosemary and maple syrup. Using a pestle muddle the berries and rosemary.
Add the ice, lemon juice and gin. Place a lid on top and shake for about 30 seconds to mix and chill the liquid.
Strain out pulp and pour into cocktail glasses filled with ice, half way and fill the rest with sparkling water. Garnish with fresh or frozen blueberries and blackberries and a slice of lemon. Salut!
