Empress Gin Martini

DIRECTIONS

• STEP 1Chill a coup glass in the freezer while you mix the drink.
• STEP 2In a cocktail shaker add a handful of ice, the gin, dry vermouth and a few dashes of orange bitters. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
• STEP 3Strain in the prepared coup glass. Garnish with a candied orange wheel. Serve immediately.
