INGREDIENTS
- 3 ounces Empress Gin
- 1 ounce dry Vermouth
- a few dashes of orange bitters
- candied orange wheel, for garnish (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- STEP 1Chill a coup glass in the freezer while you mix the drink.
- STEP 2In a cocktail shaker add a handful of ice, the gin, dry vermouth and a few dashes of orange bitters. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- STEP 3Strain in the prepared coup glass. Garnish with a candied orange wheel. Serve immediately.
