Dolphin🐬made a green cocktail using St Laurent Gin & Chartreuse which was the perfect colour for a Baby Yoda Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz – St. Laurent Gin
- ½ oz – Simple syrup
- ½ oz – Lemon juice
- ¼ oz – Chartreuse liqueur
- 5 cucumber slices
- Ice
Instructions:

In a cocktail shaker, mash the cucumber slices with a pestle.

Add remaining ingredients.

Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.

Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
