My two all time favourites are Empress and Ungava Ginger. I have a true love for all the Ginger infused gins – just can’t get enough of them. I also have a strong affinity for citrus and herb gins and a really enjoy a cucumber gin in the summer. I definitely lean towards the sweeter gins, and I lean away from the the juniper forward and boreal gins. Oh, and cardamom is a spice that does not agree with me whatsoever, so this will result in a zero rating every time. And, no thanks to any gins with honey.
