Pink Grapefruit & Tonic

You’ll need:

• 40ml of OXLEY Gin
• 40ml of fresh pink grapefruit juice
• 80ml of tonic water
• Grapefruit wedge or wheel
• Sprig of mint

Method:

• Fill a highball glass with ice
• Pour in Oxley gin, fresh pink grapefruit juice and tonic water
• Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or shell and a sprig of mint.
