Ingredients
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) dry gin
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) lychee liqueur
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) lemon juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) simple syrup
- Ice cubes
- Lemon twist
- 1 lychee
Preparation
In a shaker
- Combine all ingredients except for the lemon twist and lychee in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass using an ice strainer and sieve.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and a lychee.
